With 40 years of experience in the tobacco industry technology research, design, and machinery manufacture, we have supplied a variety of primary processing line equipment and factory layout designs to our clients. In particular, at the capacity of 100kg/h to 3000kg/h tobacco primary line, we developed new tobacco processing technology and new special machines to match the pilot primary processing line.

We have exported our products and technical services in the light industry, food processing, and the cigarette industry to Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Machines & Processing Line

Vacuum Conditioning System

The machine is used in the primary processing line to increase the moisture of the lamina by vacuum. It can increase moisture and temperature of the lamina, improve the taste of finished cut tobacco, remove greenish odor from the lamina and kill insects.

Conditioning & Casing Cylinder

The machine is used in tobacco primary line for conditioning and casing, which can Improve the material flexibility and processing resistance by increasing temperature and moisture content of tobacco, improve the taste of the cigarette and physical property of tobacco material.

Steaming tunnel Unit

This unit works together with the drier for expansion of cut-stem/tobacco by increasing temperature and moisture content, it is good for increasing filling power and improving the quality of the product.

Drying Cylinder

This Machine is used in the tobacco primary processing line for drying cut tobacco, which can remove greenish odor. As the result, the taste of cut tobacco becomes mild and rich in flavor. The drying process can make cut tobacco in good curl, improve filling power.

Expanding & Drying Equipment

Cut stem drier is designed for cut stem expansion and drying, it combines with a Steaming tunnel Unit to be used in the cut-stem processing line. The filling power of the cut stem can be reached over 6cm3/g. Minimum space requirement, simple operation, and easy maintenance.

Burley Tobacco Toaster

The equipment is used for baking and processing the burley tobacco in the blended type cigarette production, to produce the unique fragrance and remove the pungent smell, and to meet the formula requirements of the blended type cigarette. The equipment is mainly composed of a drying section, cooling section, moisturizing section.

Casing cylinder

This machine is used in the tobacco primary processing line for the casing, which mix casing liquid and the tobacco or stem evenly and continuously by rotating the casing cylinder and the sprayer. To achieve the purpose of improving the taste of the cigarette and physical property of tobacco material.

Flavoring Cylinder

This machine is used in the tobacco primary processing line for cut tobacco flavoring, which mixes flavor liquid and the cut tobacco evenly and continuously by rotating the cylinder and the sprayer. To achieve the purpose of improving the taste of the cigarette.

Casing Metering & Pumping Unit

Used for casing or flavor liquid mixing, stirring, heating, store，metering, and pump to casing/flavoring cylinder.
Full USU304 stainless steel structure, consist of brewage tank、flow meter, measuring pump, and control system.
Heating range up to 100℃ for casing liquid.

MC64D Cutting Machine

MC64D cutting machine is used for cutting vegetables, tea, tobacco. The machine comprises a body, feeding & compaction chains, cutting drum, automatic blades sharpening device, automatic blades advancing device, and control system. This machine adopts servo drives. Variable frequency control, PLC, and touch screen automatic control system.

MC84R Cutting Machine

MC84R cutting machine is used for cutting vegetables, tea, tobacco. The machine comprises a body, feeding & compaction chains, cutting head, automatic blades sharpening device, automatic blades advancing device and control system. This machine adopts servo drives, PLC, and a touch screen automatic control system.

Flavor Liquid Metering & Pumping Unit

Used for flavor liquid mixing, stirring, store，metering, and pump to flavoring cylinder.

Full USU304 stainless steel structure, consist of the storage tank, flow meter, measuring pump, and control system. Flavoring liquid Flow rate accuracy ±0.5%.

Pneumatic Separating Equipment

This equipment is used to separate the lumps, dust, sand, and other impurities from tobacco.
The Pneumatic classifier is mainly composed of a shell, screen drum, airlock, and drive mechanism. A repaired window is opened on the shell to facilitate maintenance.

Electric Belt Weigher

The electronic weight belt is the centralizing electric control system that gathers parameter metering and target controlling into the whole. It can achieve continuous metering and stable flow control of the tobacco during production. The electronic weight belt is usually used to control flow rate together with the metering tube.

Silos

Silo mainly used for storing, blending, and homogenize moisture or flavor of materials (including lamina, stem, and cut tobacco). It consisting of a steel sectional construction frame, a Bottom conveyor supported by two heavy side chains, Rotary brushes, Spiral rotary doffers, shuttle conveyor.

Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyor is used mainly for transportation of lamina, stem, cut tobacco, etc. It mainly consists of head, end, middle part, belt, dust collecting tray, legs, and discharge chute.

Feeding Machine

The feeder is used for buffering, transporting, feeding, and flow rate control in the primary processing line. Usually, it works with a metering tube and electronic weighing belt to control flow rate. The machine mainly consists of a buffer bin and an elevating conveyor.

Vibratory Conveyor

The vibratory conveyor is used for transporting, sieving, and loosening the lamina, stem, cut tobacco, etc. in the primary line. The machine consists of a body frame, trough, rocking element, and eccentric shaft mechanism.

Auto Weight Box Filling Unit

The device is mainly composed of two-way feeding, manual box feeding, filling, weighing, and manual delivery of the full box. The material from the previous process enters the two-way reciprocating conveyor belt and fills evenly into the packing box. When the weight of the material in the box reaches the set weight, the direction of the feeding belt is changed immediately and fill into the box at the other end. After filling, the full box is pushed out manually.

Pneumatic Conveying System

This system is used for the gentle transport of bulk material in continuous or batch mode. Depending on volumes and transport distance we use fans or rotary piston blowers for the transport. All components of the system consider design details for low-wear and energy-efficient transport.

Stem Flatting Machine

The stem flattener is used to flat tobacco stem to make stem shaping and thinner for good conditions for stem’s cutting and expansion. Features are: Remove ferromagnetic material in the stems. Scrap driven by air cylinder is used in roller cleaning device. Frequency converter to realize variable roller speed. The driving roller is driven by an oil cylinder performing actions of push and press.

Threshing Line Equipment

Threshing equipment is used to remove stems from tobacco leaves. The equipment mainly consists of three or more stages thresher and classifier and conveyors. The tobacco is fed into the thresher units by means of pneumatic inter-stage conveyors. The violent impact of the tobacco with both the teeth of the rotor and the intersecting fixed teeth, together with the rubbing action produced as the product passes between the teeth and the basket, produce an efficient stem removal together with the formation of the strips.

With 40 years of tobacco industry technology research and design experience, We already supplied primary processing line equipment and factory layout design to many users with capacity from 200kg/h to 12000kg/h. by our technology and our equipment, a simple tobacco primary processing line almost have all functions of processing technology and can reach about the same level as a large processing line.
